Universal, low power, single and symmetrical Power Supplies

Lots and lots of equipment is made fantastic indeed, yet have to do with the most simple and cheap
power supply one can think of. Designers often believe that the quality of the power supply is meaningless.
But: for ac signals this supply should be 0 ohms, and mostly isn't and worse: frequency dependent.
Besides that, mmost of these supplies are made with very cheap, short-life parts.
Some are even dangerous actually, running even without CE approved parts.
Do the check: open f.e. your cable/satellite receiver or streamer and be surprised what's feeding it.
We have seen several: all electronics is perfectly built, except for the power supply.
These are mostly very simple, low cost, low lifecycle and stripped down in-wall supplies!

With the supplies we show here, there is a lot to gain in safety as well as in quality and life cycle.









  • Single and symmetrical supply voltage modules.
  • Based on the TALEMA 7000K series encapsulated
         PCB toroidal transformers.
  • Minimum of hum and noise on the power lines and around it.
  • PANASONIC FR, 10.000 hours capacitors.
  • Range from 5- 25VA, all with a wide choice of output voltages.
  • Symmetrical variants can hold most of our VR-voltage regulator
         modules.
  • The single voltage variants can be equipped with an LM317 based
         voltage regulator part as an option.
  • Both pictures show these extra options.
  • Primary voltage 115 / 230V selectable by a switch.



  • These modules are similar to the PS-7xx(S) series,
         except for the transformer, beeing Block FL series
         encapsulated PCB regular, yet low profile transformers.
  • Reduces the price of the module significantly.
  • Capacitors are PANASONIC FC, 5000 hours.
  • Range of 6 - 52VA, all with a wide choice of output voltages.
  • The symmetrical variants can hold most of our VR-voltage
        (converter) regulator modules
  • The single voltage ones can be equipped with an LM317 based
        voltage regulator part.
  • Primary voltage 115 / 230V selectable by a switch.
